Ingredients:
• 250 grams paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes

• 2 green cardamoms
• 1 cinnamon stick

• 2 cups tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon chili red in powder form.
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• Salt, to taste
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• Chopped fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Warmth the oil in a pan over slow heat. Add the cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamoms, and cinnamon stick and sauté for a few seconds.
2. Add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add the tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
5. Add the paneer, peas, and potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the paneer is coated with the sauce.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for a few more minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
